The Roles

  • For the people-person who loves to connect, coordinate, and create energy around a movement.

    This role is all about bringing people together, keeping a pulse on the needs of changemakers, and helping cultivate programming that supports them. You’ll help create a welcoming, engaged, and responsive space—both in person and online—where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to take action.

    What You’ll Do:

    ✅ Build and foster relationships within Brico Collective.
    ✅ Help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at gatherings.
    Keep a pulse on the needs of the social impact sector and help create, cultivate, or dream up programming to support changemakers.
    ✅ Support Brico’s online presence by sharing meaningful content and engaging with the community.
    ✅ Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics.
    ✅ Keep the small but mighty operations of Brico Collective running smoothly.

    📍 Part-time, ~20 hours/month
    💰 $600-$800/month retainer (3-6 month contract, with potential for growth)

  • For the detail-oriented doer who thrives on making ideas happen.

    Brico Works is the service arm of our work—a small business focused on creating great content relevant to social impact workspaces and providing facilitation and coaching for organizations. This role will support that work—helping manage the moving pieces of client projects, tracking details, and keeping initiatives on track. You’ll help turn big ideas into actionable steps while keeping our work organized and impactful.

    What You’ll Do:

    ✅ Support direct client work by managing project details and timelines.
    ✅ Assist in the planning and execution of strategic planning and facilitation projects.
    ✅ Help elevate key initiatives at Brico Works through organization and follow-through.
    ✅ Keep track of key takeaways, follow-ups, and deliverables.
    ✅ Work alongside changemakers, making their vision clearer and more achievable.
