 FAQs

  • Absolutely. The Change Cohort is designed for anyone in the social impact space who wants to grow personally and professionally. Whether you have a formal leadership role or influence change in other ways, this program will help you develop the skills and confidence to make a meaningful impact.

  • The core commitment is the monthly 2.5-3 hour session, but you’ll also get the most out of the program if you spend some time reflecting on the sessions, applying what you’ve learned in your work, and engaging with fellow cohort members between meetings. The time outside of sessions is flexible and depends on your goals and availability.

  • Topics will include personal leadership growth, enhancing team dynamics, fostering creativity, navigating organizational change, and practical problem-solving. We’ll also bring in guest experts to cover areas like innovation, regenerative work practices, and cutting-edge tools relevant to the social impact space.

  • The sessions are highly interactive, blending group discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and opportunities to receive personalized feedback on your challenges. You’ll be an active participant, not just a listener, and you’ll have plenty of chances to share your experiences and learn from others.

  • This cohort is unique in its mastermind approach, which emphasizes not just learning but also real-time problem-solving and peer support. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit group of professionals who are all committed to growth, making the learning experience more personalized and impactful. Plus, the focus on both individual growth and organizational change sets this program apart.

  • You’ll receive ongoing support from a community of professionals who are facing similar challenges and opportunities. The mastermind format means you’ll get personalized feedback, accountability, and encouragement from both the facilitator and your peers, helping you stay on track with your goals.

  • The skills and insights you gain from the cohort will be directly applicable to your work. Whether you’re looking to lead more effectively, improve team dynamics, or drive change within your organization, you’ll walk away with practical tools and strategies that you can implement immediately.

  • We understand that life happens, and you might not be able to attend every session. While we encourage full participation to get the most out of the program, we can provide summaries or key takeaways from missed sessions, and you’ll still be able to stay engaged with the group.

  • We’re looking for a diverse group of participants who bring a range of experiences and perspectives to the cohort. After you apply, we’ll review your application and notify you of your acceptance by September 23, 2024. The goal is to create a balanced group where everyone can contribute and benefit from the collective experience.
