In just a short, intensive sprint, we'll work collaboratively with your team to:
Assess your current work, needs, and grant opportunity: We'll gain a deep understanding of your organization's goals, strengths, and the specific grant you're targeting.
Conduct initial grant & industry research: Our research expertise ensures your proposal aligns with the funding agency's priorities and stands out from the competition.
Develop a winning strategy & logic model: We'll craft a clear roadmap for achieving your project's objectives and demonstrate the impact of your work.

Our Grant Strategy Sprint is offered in three tiered packages, allowing you to select the level of support that best meets your needs.
Assessment: Gain a basic understanding of your organization's readiness & competition for the grant opportunity.
Grant & Industry Research: Identify key requirements and align your project with funding priorities.
Strategy Outline: We will co-design a strategy for your grant. The final result will be a 1-3 page document to then guide your grant writing.
Logic Model: We will draft your logic model (or theory of change) for achieving your project's goals and demonstrating impact. This will include:
Problem Statement -> Impact
Inputs, outputs, short-term outcomes, long-term outcomes.
Includes everything in Package 1.
Budget Development: Craft a detailed and realistic budget aligned with your project activities.
Work Plan Creation: Establish a clear timeline and responsibilities for project execution.
Package 3: Comprehensive ($1,500)
Includes everything in Package 2.
Proposal Writing Support: Our experienced consultants will guide your team in crafting a compelling and persuasive grant proposal.
This means (1) initial writing strategy session and one round of feedback and content edits once your team has a first draft complete.
We do not write the full grant. We only provide support and alignment with the plan.
The Fun Facts
While we can work fast and we bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the table, we still need time to do our homework.
In order to engage in any of the Grant Strategy Packages we require that you engage us at least (4) weeks before the grant deadline for packages 1 and 2 and (6) weeks for package 3.
